Sales Professional - Compressed Air Albury

Who we are:
Remtron Air is a regional leader in the supply of compressed air solutions across North East Victoria and Riverina NSW and is looking for a full time person to fulfill the role of Sales Professional at our Albury branch.

Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of sales and profit targets through the implementation of marketing and sales strategies. The ability to introduce and promote Remtron Air and its products to the market with strategic direction, action plans in line with company marketing and sales management objectives.

The role will be focused exclusively on development and growth of a client base within the compressed air sector. You will have the ability to develop sales and new service plans for our technical service team.

Key Focus areas include:

  • Establish a sales plan to meet goals and objectives
  • Ability to organise assignments, call cycles/plans
  • Ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Experience and knowledge of how to gain and retain current business and establish where new business will be obtained
  • Call plan creation and review with business manager
  • Pre-planning of sales calls in order to achieve targets
  • Database and mailing list maintenance/updates
  • Build long-term customer relationships with key accounts and influence decision makers
  • Ensure key account growth versus previous year
  • Identify strategic customer issues with the aim of building mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Develop Strategic account plans for key clients

The Candidate:
You could be an industry professional or you may be a mechanical professional looking to keep yourself technically challenged but wishing to pursue a career change. We are also interested in talking to newly qualified people looking to kickstart their career in SALES.

Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:

  • Technical knowledge of compressed air systems and pneumatics
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritization & time management skills
  • Experience communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Hunter mentality, grow new business from both existing accounts and new business
  • Communication, time management and organisational skills are a must
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Employees are required to be Australian citizen or to be a permanent resident of Australia.

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Professional in our Adelaide Branch.

The Role:
The successful candidate will systematically work with our superior solutions product lines targeting OEMS, Manufacturers, Contractors & Consultants.

You will be responsible for the development and expansion of our market share through account management, sales planning & promotions skills and business development activities within the region.

You will not be office bound so you need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be very well organised.

The Candidate:
You could be an industry professional or you may be an electrical professional looking to keep yourself technically challenged but wishing to pursue a career change. We are also interested in talking to newly qualified people looking to kickstart their career in SALES.

Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:
